Who is Roque De La Fuente?

Roque De La Fuente Guerra, nicknamed Rocky, is a successful American business personality who was born on October 10, 1954 in San Diego, California. He shocked many when he announced that he would be running for the President of the US in the upcoming 2016 elections as an independent candidate. He is a bone fide member of the American Delta Party and participated in the Democratic primaries.

Career

Between 1976 and 1990, he ventured into the auto retail franchises for leading motor companies, such as Dodge, Isuzu, Jeep, Honda, Mazda, Mercury, American Motor Corporation, Audi, Cadillac, Pontiac, Subaru, Volkswagen, and Alfa Romeo, just to mentioned a few. He also expanded his empire by opening eleven currency exchange locations in different states in the United States and Mexico. Currently he owns several profitable businesses that have earned international recognition and properties in Uruguay, United States, Dominican Republic, and Mexico.

Political Campaign Trail

Roque filed his papers to run for the presidential seat with the Federal Elections Commission as a Democrat. However, he considers himself a conservative democrat whose desire to run for this seat is inspired by his immense dissatisfaction with some of the current presidential candidates such as Donald Trump. He is of the idea that the Trump campaign alienates a large number of people as it focuses on controversial topics such as religion. To win the elections, he plans to sell his ideas and plans for the United States in all the territories and states.

However, to win, Roque has to work hard and smart to popularize his ideas. Most of his competitors are busy traversing states, attending media interviews, and taking part in community events. He too needs to do the same to increase his chances of clinching this seat.
